Fairview Nursing Plaza has a 24 hour, 7 days a week medical and crisis intervention, assessment and admission service. Our staff of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, licensed therapists, case managers and consulting psychologists and physicians provide confidential assessments and individualized care plans for our residents.
